TBS offers a customised training package to suit your requirements. Our hands-on approach ensures all trainees are fully aware of software and hardware features, easing the transition from paper-based to mobile working practices.

Because training and support is essential during the initial stages of system implementation, equipment and software operation training is offered.  The course covers features of the software that are needed to replicate paper-based forms on mobile devices. All training is hands-on with only brief lecture periods.  

While it is as comprehensive as possible, we do recommend that customers supplement our course with their own company-specific training.

Course content

For less technically-minded users, most courses begin with a basic introduction to the hardware and a general jargon-free overview which is easy to follow.
Our courses teach users how to operate the software and the TBS project manager is present for the duration of the training.

Training is offered for individuals or groups of up to six.

Training the trainers

If in-house personnel are available to conduct the training, we develop a training pack. This includes detailed operating instructions with tutor notes, the course schedule, timing guides, and other essential information. Training takes a full day and includes a detailed explanation of the training pack.
