TaskMaster®
TBS’s mobility product suite enables companies to radically improve the efficiency of the field worker, reduce costs of processing information and improve customer satisfaction. This is achieved by providing data driven, configurable, mobile Smart client solutions, providing clients’ enterprise information to the field worker in a format and style commensurate with their needs.
 
TaskMaster® utilises intuitive, easy-to-use electronic forms and menu driven selection lists; resulting in detailed, quality information being quickly entered in the field environment. Once this information is captured it can then be transmitted via any wireless network for immediate processing by your enterprise IT solution, thus mobilising your enterprise.

TM Smart Client
The TM Smart Client is based on a single executable application that configures itself using centralised information, creating a customised application without the need to write or modify any software.  Changes are simply made using TM Studio, and the next time a field worker connects with his/her mobile device, the new configuration data is synchronised with the mobile device. The TM Smart Client is then automatically reconfigured to reflect these changes. TM smart client allows field workers to continue working even when a link cannot be made to the enterprise system, and thus not adversely effecting efficiency.

TaskMaster® has also been developed to support an ever-growing list of peripherals including image capture devices, barcode readers and GPS helping to boost the flexibility of the solution even further.
