TBS recommend an implementation methodology that is designed to establish TaskMaster enterprise mobility as a platform on which to develop best practice for customer service. This includes (within the scope of this proposal) the automation of job despatch, completion and closure.

Further to this, TBS will advise on perhaps one of the most critical elements to the success of this project - the aspect of organisational change management. Also, we will help you to win ‘field worker buy-in’ to the introduction of technology, which will be a critical success factor in achieving the objectives of the project.

Clear identification and communication with all stakeholders is essential. We suggest that a small core team will work on this throughout the project and will increase the amount of communication once we have achieved key project milestones.

Rapid application development toolset

Using TaskMaster as a field force tool, it is possible to radically improve the efficiency of the field worker and the processing of the resulting information. With the use of intuitive, easy-to-use electronic forms and menu driven pre-defined selection lists, access to detail will result in quality information being immediately available once the data has been sent to the TaskMaster Host System.

The TaskMaster system is completely configurable allowing each implementation to be configured to our customers’ exact requirements, with no compromise.
