Construction management - solutions partnership puts providers on track

Field management software provider builds high-speed connection with mobility experts

DERBY, UK , August 6th, 2009: Gane International, a leading provider of construction management software whose solutions have been used for projects including Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 5 and the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, has brokered a partnership with TBS Enterprise Mobility.

Meeting the resource and facilities management demands of construction’s largest companies increasingly demands flexible mobility technology within custom solutions. The new partnership will see Gane integrate TBS’s TaskMaster, a sophisticated, agile enterprise mobility solution which enables organisations to communicate with mobile field workers over wireless connections.

Paul Armitage, Managing Director at Gane International, commented: “It’s especially important when you’re deploying solutions to operate across long, thin sites, such as motorways or railway lines.”

“Having to transport field workers out into remote locations presents supervision challenges.
