Customer satisfaction is key to TBS and we endeavour to provide an outstanding service to our clients.

Whilst we trust you will have no cause to complain, if for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of the service we provide to you, please raise the matter with your prime point of contact, usually the allocated Project Manager or the Customer Service Manager.
